Katie has lived a life immersed in creativity, seeing the world through the lens of art from an early age. Ba hons in Illustration from the Cambridge School of Art, she refined her skills before embarking on a career as a wallpaper design and now working as full time artist. 

Katie's deep connection to nature is at the heart of her work. Inspired by walks with her family, she captures the landscapes around her with a fresh, contemporary feel. Working primarily in oils, her paintings are characterised by loose, expressive brushwork, rich textures, and a dynamic energy that brings the natural world to life on canvas. Her work is a celebration of light, movement, and the ever-changing beauty of the outdoors.

Her passion for fostering artistic communities led her to found this group and the Wimborne Plein Air Festival in 2024, celebrating the beauty of outdoor painting.
